The restaurant’s hours—Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM—were filled with laughter, conversation, and the clinking of glasses, all made possible by Gerard’s unwavering dedication.
